Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the journey to the empty tomb of Easter. God speaks of his intentions for us in Isaiah 61. He will take the ashes of our lives and make something beautiful of them.

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the journey to the empty tomb of Easter. God speaks of his intentions for us in Isaiah 61. He will take the ashes of our lives and make something beautiful of them.

We begin a new sermon series called, “Dear Church…” where we will spend time looking at the most important things the church should be about. We begin with love. Everything we do is informed by love. Note: the first few seconds were cut off but you’ll get what I am talking about.
We begin a sermon series on the book of James. We begin with chapter one where we hear practical advice about how to navigate troubles in our lives and how listening helps us all.
We continue our Advent journey by proposing a different to do list. Instead of going to go see Christmas lights maybe we should be the light to others.
We conclude our sermon series about mountains with an amazing story about Jesus revealing his identity to three disciples. The miracle of transfiguration has much to teach us about Jesus and life itself.
