There is always a day after conflict. It doesn’t all end when one side wins and the other loses. Why does that matter to us? Because we have a big “day after” moment coming up in November.
How do we find peace in a world of hate? We find peace in the people we love and in the Prince of Peace who came to us.
Mary Magdalene was a hot mess. Jesus didn’t look the other way — he healed her, included her, and sent her to be the first voice of the resurrection. This sermon is about what that means for the rest of us who are still figuring it out.
