It is the 4th week of Advent and we are on the cusp of Christmas. Love is the order of the day. I spend some time answering the question, “Why love?”


We continue our journey in Advent as we prepare for Christimas and the return of Christ. We are offered peace but how do we secure it for ourselves? We won’t find it out in the world. Listen in and find out how we can receive peace right now.

We begin the journey towards Christmas in a season called Advent. We will take some time looking at some themes that will help us make our way in life. Today, we explore the importance of hope.

We continue digging into the core values of Community Lutheran Church. Today we dig into two more: Worship and Learning. All Christians can benefit from these two practices.

We begin looking at our core values as a congregaiton. This doesn’t come from the staff but all of our members! We embrace welcome here, even when it is uncomfortable. This is the first in a series sermons about our core values.


We conclude the sermon series on the Old Testament prophet with a disappointing conclusion. Jonah is now pouting that God saved the city of Nineveh. What can we learn from Jonah? A lot!
